Oil Water Separation Device DH Series DH-1B (to 6B)

The DH series oil moisture separation device, DH-1B (to 6B), uses high water-absorbent fiber elements that can absorb several times their own weight in moisture. This model is applicable when the moisture content is below 2000 ppm and removes moisture down to 500 ppm. The DH effectively removes moisture from oil, which can cause operational failures in various hydraulic equipment, thereby enhancing the operational efficiency of the equipment. When moisture is present in the oil, it adheres to metal surfaces, causing rust, which then releases rust into the oil, acting as a catalyst that accelerates the oxidation and degradation of the oil. The presence of moisture can accelerate the oxidation speed of the oil by tens or hundreds of times, making it far more dangerous than ordinary debris. Oil Water Separation Device DH Series DH-KS

Form a water curtain with a separation element to precipitate and separate free water.

The DH series water separation device, DH-KS, uses a special material coagulation element to coarsen the emulsified water, forming a curtain of water with the separation element to precipitate and separate free water. This model is applicable when the moisture content is above 200 ppm or when moisture is constantly mixed in, removing moisture down to below 1000 ppm. The DH effectively removes moisture from oil, which can cause operational failures in various hydraulic equipment, thereby enhancing the operational efficiency of the equipment.
